The Lip Vinyl I’ve watched the brand’s makeup artist use on their Instagram stories seemed like the perfect lip gloss/lipstick combo. Lastly I gave in and ordered another Milk Makeup product. The consistency of the product is almost like a watercolor that’s pretty subtle at first so you can add more for a dramatic look or keep it to one swipe for barely there makeup. The applicator is a small spongey tip that you squeeze product into so it delivers a very natural light contour that starts blending when you apply it.
